Voltrush Account Rules and Bonus Terms

Key Terms at a Glance

We operate Voltrush Casinos under licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, and our terms set out what we expect from players and what players can expect from us. The table below summarises the core conditions that apply across the account.

These conditions apply from the moment an account is opened and remain in force for every subsequent deposit bonus we offer.

Account and Conduct Rules

We require every player to be at least 18 years old and to hold one account only. Registration takes under a minute, with Google sign-in available, and the details provided at sign-up must be accurate, since we use them for verification.

Identity Verification

We request documents at the first of three triggers: the first withdrawal, 30 days after sign-up, or total deposits reaching AUD 2,000. We accept a passport, driving licence or national ID together with proof of address, uploaded under My Account > Verification.

Prohibited conduct includes opening duplicate accounts, providing false identity details, or using the account for any purpose other than genuine play. Breach of these conditions can result in restricted access while we review the account.

Bonus Clauses and Withdrawal Conditions

Our welcome package credits automatically once the qualifying deposit of AUD 20 clears, with no promo code required. Pokies contribute 100% towards the 40x wagering requirement, while live casino games contribute only 10%, and fiat deposits only qualify, since crypto deposits do not trigger the bonus. Players have 5 days from activation to clear the wagering before the bonus and any related winnings expire.

While a welcome bonus is active, bets are capped at AUD 25 per round and total winnings under the bonus are capped at AUD 10,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum of AUD 20 and a maximum of AUD 5,000 per transaction, AUD 50,000 per month, with higher limits available to VIP players on request. Full method and timing detail sits on our processing times page.
